Made-to-order shirts
Our Faith Family Purpose shirts are printed after your order is placed. Standard production typically takes 2–7 business days after the order enters production. Production time is separate from shipping time. Weekends, holidays, high demand, and production issues may extend these estimates.
Shipping charges and destinations
Available destinations, shipping services, and charges are shown at checkout for your items and delivery address. Review the total before completing your purchase. Shipping availability may vary by product.
Delivery estimates
Transit time depends on the destination, carrier, and service selected. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order updates is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Please allow time for both production and transit. If a significant delay occurs, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.
Tracking and separate shipments
When tracking is available, it is provided in your shipping confirmation or order status page. A tracking number may be issued before the carrier scans the package. Orders containing different items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Reply to your order confirmation email promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun. Contact us if your package is missing, damaged, or returned to sender so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.
International orders
Where international shipping is available, customs processing can affect delivery time. Review any taxes or duties disclosed at checkout. Additional import charges may apply under the destination’s rules if they are not included in your checkout total. Contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
Other products and retailer purchases
Production estimates above apply to our made-to-order shirts. Other physical products may have different processing and delivery estimates as shown in their listings or order updates. Digital products do not require physical shipping. If you purchase through another retailer, refer to that retailer’s shipping information and contact them for order assistance.
